7. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

Some services offered on the Site are paid. Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT). Payments are secured via Stripe, a solution recognized for its high security standards. If you are not satisfied with the generated images, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

8. Responsibility

• PortraitIA strives to ensure quality service but cannot guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors.
• We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (e.g., data loss) related to Site usage.
• The user is solely responsible for rights related to the use of generated images, particularly in cases of commercial exploitation.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these Terms.

10. Terms Modifications
